How the Trade-In Program works

Step 1 – Contact us

Send us an email at support@bagside.de and let us know that you would like to participate in our Trade-In Program.

Step 2 – Verification

We will verify that your BAGSTATION XL V1 was purchased directly from BAGSIDE.

Step 3 – Receive your discount code

Once your purchase has been confirmed, we'll send you your personal Trade-In discount code.

Step 4 – Order online

Use your discount code in our online shop and order your new BAGSTATION XL V2 or BAG MINI.

Step 5 – Receive your new BAGSTATION

We'll ship your new BAGSTATION directly to your address.

Step 6 – Pack your old BAGSTATION

Simply use the same shipping box your new BAGSTATION arrived in to pack your old BAGSTATION XL V1.

Step 7 – Free pickup

We'll arrange a free pickup of your old BAGSTATION. You don't need to organize or pay for the return shipment—we'll take care of everything.
